Job Title: Interior Designer

 

Required: Required: BA in Interior Design or Architecture and 24 months experience in interior design; or Masters in Interior Design or Architecture. Special Requirements: must have proficient knowledge in REVIT, Autocad, V-Ray, Lumion, Sketchup, Indesign, and Photoshop. 

 

Duties: The Interior Designer who will perform the following duties:

 

• Prepare interior design scale drawings using computer-aided design, such as REVIT, Autocad, V-Ray, Lumion and other tools, that results in a full set of drawings for presentation to client, architect, and contractor, including design development drawings such as interior elevations, lighting plans, cabinetry drawings, color coordination, typical and custom details for all parts of the interior construction project;

• Provide three-dimensional (3D) visualization for architectural and interior projects, using Autocad, V-Ray, Sketchup, InDesign, and Photoshop to create and develop design models and produce interior graphics;

• Model, render, and montage rendered interior images into project site photos with people and context;

• Plan or design interiors of high-end luxury residences such as custom and multi-family homes;

• Obtain and assemble data to complete interior designs and provide as built services of interior structures;

• Collect and produce information regarding interior design, fixture specifications, materials, color schemes, and estimated costs;

• Integrate interior elements into unified architectural designs and layout and plan interior room arrangements for residential designs using computer-assisted (V-Ray, Adobe Suites,etc.) equipment and software;

 

Salary Range: $64,251 - $64,251/Year
